Providing Master of Ceremonies (Emcee) duties for your event, making announcements, oversee your itinerary, and coordinate all activities. So you can relax and enjoy your day with confidence. I understand it's the details that count, and you can count on me to look beyond the music to keep your best interests in mind.
We will not take a "cookie cutter" approach to your reception, by providing the same songs and shtick at every wedding reception. I realize that every wedding is unique and having the Bride and Groom help pick the right music that sets their event apart from others.
With my experience and extensive music library I will guide you through the process of choosing the music for your Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner Music, Formal Dance, Cake Cutting and Reception Dancing.
You can count on me to take a professional and elegant approach to your wedding, by not becoming loud, cheesy or obnoxious on the microphone. The day is yours and your guests to enjoy and we will not take that away from you at anytime. Also, you will not find me taking breaks, smoking, drinking alcohol or getting on the dance floor and choreographing dances or embarrassing you or your guests.

How long should you plan your reception for?
A trend we’ve been seeing with Brides now wanting longer and longer receptions, and want to book the DJ for 6, 7 or 8 hours. We know you want to party and you want to have the biggest and best reception, but nothing is worse then a party that is going great being stretched out beyond its limits. Even the best of receptions will start to become boring and will be remembered that way.
When planning your Wedding Reception it is important to remember that the receptions you read about that were so great and memorable for guests is to "leave them wanting more" in other words: End the event on a high note!
Wedding w/ Ceremony on the same site as Reception should be 5 to 6 hours max.
½ Hour Pre-Ceremony Music
½ Hour Ceremony
1 Hour Cocktail Hour (while Bridal Party has pictures done)
1 Hour Grand Entrance, Blessing, Toast and Dinner
3 Hours Cake Cutting, Formal Dances and Reception Dancing
Wedding Reception only (with no Ceremony on site) should be 4 to 5 hours
½ Hour Cocktail Hour music (while guests are arriving)
1 Hour Grand Entrance, First Dance, Blessing, Toast and Dinner
3 Hours Cake Cutting, Formal Dances and Reception Dancing
Plan that your reception will end while your guests are still dancing and having a great time - because that is how they will remember your wedding day.
